Product design, prototyping and 3D printing for companies in Piedmont.
We design and 3D print prototypes, fixtures and small batches for companies in Turin, Cuneo, Novara, Alessandria, Asti, Biella, Vercelli and Verbano-Cusio-Ossola. We work remotely across Northern Italy. Send us a file, a sketch or a sample and you receive a quote within 24 working hours; the parts arrive by courier from our studio in Treviso.
Where 3D printing helps Piedmont's industries
- Automotive components and mechatronics (Turin area): brackets, covers, cable guides and jigs to test assembly and space before the mould.
- Automation and robotics (Turin area): grippers, sensor mounts and light guards for cells and line prototypes.
- Taps and valves (Cusio and Valsesia): form models of handles, bodies and accessories to judge ergonomics and proportions.
- Jewellery (Valenza): form models of displays, cases and bench fixtures. The jewellery itself stays with traditional craft.
- Textiles (Biella area): supports, guides and small spare parts for machines, rebuilt from a sample when the original part is no longer available.
- Wine and food machinery (Cuneo, Langhe and Roero): test parts to check space and assembly, not in contact with the product.

Frequently asked questions
Can a discontinued spare part be rebuilt?
Often, yes. From a sample, even a broken one, or from photos with measurements, we rebuild the 3D model and choose the right material for the use.
What is the difference between a form prototype and a functional prototype?
A form prototype is for judging look, proportions and ergonomics. A functional one is assembled and actually tested, so the material matters more.
Can you start from a STEP file from our engineering team?
Yes. We accept STEP, STL, 3MF and OBJ; if needed, we adapt the model for 3D printing and explain what we changed.
Do you work on single parts?
Yes, from a single prototype to small batches.
Do you work outside Piedmont?
Yes. We work mainly across Northern Italy. We also work with companies across Italy and abroad.
Tell us about the part you need.
Attach the file if you have one, or describe the part with photos and measurements. We reply within 24 working hours with a quote or the technical questions we need answered.
