When you use the quote form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, requested service, project description, quantity, dimensions, deadline and any technical files or images you attach.

The attachment and fields marked as optional are not required to send the request. Required fields help us understand the project and reply.

We use your information only to review your enquiry, contact you, understand the brief and prepare a potential quotation.

This processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request. We do not use enquiry data for newsletters or unsolicited marketing.

Information is handled digitally using reasonable security measures and kept only for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and any resulting relationship, unless the law requires a longer period.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Your enquiry and any attachment are transmitted through a protected component of this website and delivered to AP Design’s Gmail inbox using Google’s mail servers. A receipt confirmation is sent to the email address entered in the form. With your permission, the website also uses Google Analytics 4 to produce usage statistics.

The website stores your language and analytics choices in local storage. These technical preferences do not require consent.

Google Analytics loads only after you opt in. It is configured without Google Signals or advertising personalisation, and analytics cookies are set to expire after no more than six months. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing ap3ddesign.studio@gmail.com.
