Product design, prototyping and 3D printing for companies in Emilia-Romagna.
We design and 3D print prototypes, fixtures and small batches for companies in Bologna, Modena, Reggio Emilia, Parma, Ferrara, Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini and Piacenza. We work remotely across Northern Italy. Send us a file, a sketch or a sample and you receive a quote within 24 working hours; the parts arrive by courier from our studio in Treviso.
Where 3D printing helps the region's industries
- Automatic machinery and packaging (Bologna area): change parts, guides, grippers and small components to test on the machine before moving to machining.
- Mechanics, engines and hydraulics (Modena, Reggio Emilia): guards, covers, brackets and assembly jigs to check space and sequences.
- Food processing machinery (Parma area): form models and test parts to check flows, space and access for cleaning. Printed parts are for testing, not for food contact in production.
- Ceramics (Sassuolo district): models and test fixtures for the line and for handling the pieces.
- Biomedical (Mirandola district): form models and fixtures for assembly tests, not devices for clinical use.
Our services
- Product design: from concept to a 3D model, designed from the start to be produced.
- Prototyping: form and functional prototypes to decide before investing in tooling or machining.
- FDM 3D printing: one-off parts, spare parts and small batches in PLA, PETG, ABS and ASA. Our materials guide helps you choose.

Frequently asked questions
Can you print parts to test on an automatic machine?
Yes. 3D printed change parts, guides and grippers let you check shape and function on the machine; once the test works, the final part is made with the planned process.
Will a printed part handle the heat near an engine?
It depends on the temperature. ABS and ASA handle more heat than PLA and PETG; if the temperature is beyond what FDM 3D printing can offer, we tell you before quoting.
Do you print parts for medical devices or food contact?
Not for final use. We can make form models and test fixtures that stay away from patients and food.
Can we send you a part to rebuild?
Yes. From a sample, a dimensioned drawing or a few photos with measurements, we rebuild the 3D model and prepare it for printing.
Do you work outside Emilia-Romagna?
Yes. We work mainly across Northern Italy. We also work with companies across Italy and abroad.
Tell us about the part you need.
Attach the file if you have one, or describe the part with photos and measurements. We reply within 24 working hours with a quote or the technical questions we need answered.
